Job Description
- Build, refactor, and maintain responsive, accessible UIs with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React).
- Translate high-fidelity design files into pixel-perfect, cross-browser pages.
- Design and document reusable component libraries and style systems.
- Implement and manage client-side state, data fetching, and caching for RESTful / GraphQL APIs.
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; participate in code reviews and CI checks.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers during agile ceremonies to break down and estimate work.
- Contribute to technical documentation, decision logs, and internal knowledge sharing; mentor junior developers.
- Maintaining existing codebase, monitor production, troubleshoot frontend issues, and drive continuous improvement of code quality and team practices.
- Working closely with the marketing team to develop and maintain company websites and product landing pages.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in web development.
- Strong communication and agile collaboration skills including the ability to estimate tasks, participate in stand-ups, and give/receive constructive feedback.
- Experienced in performance optimization, responsive design for desktop and mobile devices, and API integration.
- Must be fluent in English, both oral and written. Able to discuss trade-offs with both technical and non-technical teammates.
- Teamwork and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Takes pride in developing high-quality and efficient software.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job and adapt to different technologies.
- Proficiency in:
- Web app development with React JS, Tailwind,
- JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript—arrow functions, modules, async/await, generics, strict typing.
- HTML and CSS to develop and maintain company websites.
- Git and GitHub.
- Development tools including build tools, npm, git, CI/CD tools, and browser developer tools.
