Job Description
- Manage all promotional activities on ruparupa.com and ensure each placement results in high access and conversion from promotions, visuals, and personalization
- Cooperate with Commercial, Graphics, Marketing teams to ensure timely delivery with accurate and interesting content to serve to customers
- Work closely with the Product team to ensure continuous optimization and efficiency: product improvement, personalization optimization, innovation roadmaps, visual localization
- Monitor performance and define points for building initiatives and create processes and governance to improve performance metrics.
Requirements
- Min. 1 years working experience in related field
- Experience in product management and operational experience in e-commerce environment
- Have interest in user behavior, visual /design
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to observe trends in a strong e-commerce environment
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and interested in details
- Ability to work in an ever-changing environment
- Communicate fluently in English
