Job Description
- Optimizing Plant Performance: Monitoring and controlling wastewater treatment processes to achieve maximum efficiency and compliance with environmental regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Conducting regular water quality tests and analysis to ensure treated water meets stringent standards.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting equipment to minimize downtime and maximize plant reliability.
- Chemical Management: Safely handling and using chemicals to support the treatment process while minimizing environmental impact.
- Data Management and Reporting: Accurately documenting plant operations, preparing detailed reports, and analyzing data to identify trends and optimize performance.
Requirements
- Diploma/bachelor's degree in chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
- Proven experience in wastewater treatment plant operations, including a strong understanding of chemical processes and water quality parameters.
- Familiarity with government regulations pertaining to wastewater treatment and environmental compliance.
- Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions effectively.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, for data analysis and reporting.
- Adherence to safety protocols and practices to ensure a safe working environment.
- Basic English proficiency.
- Operator of Water Treatment License (POPAL) holder is preferred.
- Working placement for Pekalongan (Central Java).
