Job Description
- Managing daily operation for Waste Collection Partners / Internal Collection Workers
- Reporting monthly Income and Cost for Waste Collection Unit
- Strategizing for more economically efficient logistics structure
- Closely build smooth operational coordination between Sales and Operational Team
- Ensure Waste Collection Dashboard run accurately
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in managing operations in logistic related industry
- Has basic knowledge of logistics (vehicle types, logistics terms, etc.)
- Able to organize operational strategies and delegate effectively
- Good ability to analyze data using Excel and think systematically based on data
- Able to analyze problems and execute solutions decisively
- Willing to learn and work hard
