Job Summary
The Warehouse Staff is responsible for supporting warehouse operations through accurate documentation, inventory tracking, and administrative coordination. This role ensures proper record-keeping of stock movements, assists with vendor and customer transactions, and provides operational support during deliveries and site installations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of warehouse stock, including incoming and outgoing goods.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to inventory, deliveries, and returns.
- Handle customer payments and related administrative processes, ensuring accuracy and proper record-keeping.
- Assist in procurement and vendor management, including obtaining quotations, processing purchase orders, and tracking invoices.
- Coordinate logistics for deliveries, site installations, and other warehouse-related activities.
- Support communication with vendors, customers, and internal teams in a professional manner.
- Perform other administrative or warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse administration, inventory management, or related support functions (fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience or willingness to handle customer payments and financial documentation with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
- Willingness to travel or support operational needs at site locations.
