Job Description
Hi! We are PT Putera Mahkota Indonesia, distributor of Brand K18 and GHD in Indonesia! We are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Specialist to work with us. In this role, you will play a vital part in inventory control, data analysis, and administrative tasks to support our overall supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse operations with minimal risk, ensuring all documentation for incoming and outgoing goods is accurate, and apply FIFO principles.
- Assist in packaging and repackaging processes, effectively map warehouse areas, and provide necessary labels, including BPOM labels, while maintaining cleanliness.
- Conduct stock audits and analyze inventory data to facilitate informed decision-making, producing monthly reports as needed.
- Utilize ERP systems for stock management and handle relevant data efficiently.
- Address customer complaints regarding damaged goods, identify issues, and process them according to established procedures, including reporting and recovery.
- Effectively manage client inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Warehouse Specialist.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, team-oriented mindset and a customer service focus.
- Have an excellent ability in handling customer inquiries
- Have strong conceptual, creative, and logical thinking
