Job Description
We are looking for Warehouse Specialist to manage vehicle stockyard operations and ensure high standards of vehicle quality through effective Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and inventory control. This role plays a critical part in maintaining stock accuracy, vehicle condition, and compliance with operational and safety standards.
- Execute and oversee Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) processes to ensure every vehicle meets GreenSM’s quality, safety, and operational readiness standards
- Prepare and analyze Vehicle Condition Reports with accurate unit identification (VIN, engine number), system updates, and clear documentation of vehicle status and readiness.
- Manage daily vehicle stockyard and warehouse operations, including yard layout planning, vehicle movement control, space optimization, and real-time inventory accuracy to support smooth operations.
- Ensure full consistency between physical vehicle stock, inventory systems, Purchase Orders (POs), and shipping/import documentation, while supporting regular stock audits and reconciliations.
- Proactively identify and manage stock discrepancies, vehicle damages, and potential claims, provide corrective action recommendations, coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure full compliance with GreenSM SOPs and workplace health & safety standards (HSE/K3).
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in vehicle stockyard operations, warehouse management, Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), or vehicle quality control.
- Strong understanding of PDI standards, vehicle quality requirements, inventory control, and workplace health & safety standards (HSE/K3) in warehouse or stockyard environments.
- Valid car driver’s license with the ability to operate vehicles confidently and manage large vehicle inventories and movements.
- Detail-oriented, high integrity, hands-on and agile, with strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
