Job Description
- Mengawasi dan memastikan kelancaran operasional warehouse sesuai SLA.
- Mengelola proses penerimaan, penyimpanan, distribusi, dan akurasi stok.
- Memberikan arahan serta solusi atas kendala operasional.
- Mengatur jadwal kerja, pembagian tugas, serta mengembangkan kompetensi tim.
- Mengawasi fasilitas, peralatan, dan tools warehouse agar siap digunakan.
- Membuat laporan operasional secara periodik dan berkoordinasi lintas departemen.
- Mengusulkan perbaikan proses untuk meningkatkan efisiensi.
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1, diutamakan Manajemen/Logistik.
- Pengalaman min. 2–3 tahun di bidang warehouse/logistik, dengan pengalaman supervisi tim.
- Memahami sistem manajemen gudang (WMS) dan inventory.
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, problem solving, serta ketelitian tinggi.
- Menguasai Microsoft Office atau software pendukung.
