Job Description
- Responsible for managing operational in all processes (receiving, internal movement, delivery, and shipment ) aligned with company policies to achieve target KPIs
- Managing people (approximately 100 staffs, with 4 direct structural team) include capability development
- Work closely with other parties such as SCM (planning and fulfillment team), purchasing, production manufacturing, innovation team, and others
Requirements
- Candidate must own at least a Bachelor Degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00)
- Have 10 years of experience as Warehouse Supervisor in FMCG / Plastic / Chemical Company
- Excellent understanding of Warehouse Management, Logistics Management, Inventory Management, K3L
- Experience in handle subordinates with strong leadership skill
- Willing to work placement in Karawang
