Job Description
A Head of Commercial to lead the commercial strategy and growth of our POS business serving F&B merchants in Indonesia. The role will cover Go-to-Market strategy, merchant acquisition, sales channels, partnerships, and overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial and GTM strategy.
- Identify priority F&B segments and growth opportunities.
- Build and optimize merchant acquisition and sales channels.
- Develop strategic partnerships and indirect sales channels.
- Drive revenue growth, merchant acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Work closely with Product and Technology to align the offering with merchant needs.
- Build and lead the commercial and sales organization.
- Establish and monitor key commercial metrics and performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in commercial, sales, business development, or GTM roles.
- Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership position.
- Strong track record in B2B, SME, or merchant acquisition.
- Experience building and managing sales or commercial teams.
- Strong understanding of GTM strategy, channels, pricing, and commercial performance.
- Strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented.
