Job Description
- Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, administrasi, dan maintenance infrastruktur virtualisasi VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter).
- Memastikan performa, availability, dan reliability environment virtualisasi production berjalan optimal.
- Melakukan monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, dan upgrade sistem virtualisasi VMware.
- Mengelola dan mendukung implementasi VMware NSX-T, Tanzu, dan TKGI/Kubernetes environment.
- Melakukan troubleshooting terkait server, storage, networking, dan virtual machine.
- Mendukung aktivitas Disaster Recovery (DR), backup, dan recovery system.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal, vendor, maupun principal untuk penyelesaian technical issue.
- Menyusun dokumentasi konfigurasi, implementasi, dan troubleshooting infrastructure.
- Memberikan technical support secara onsite maupun remote kepada pengguna atau pelanggan.
- Berpartisipasi dalam implementasi, migrasi, dan optimasi infrastruktur virtualisasi serta jaringan pendukungnya
Requirements
- Minimal pendidikan S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, atau jurusan terkait
- Pengalaman Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman sebagai VMware Engineer, System Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, atau posisi sejenis
- Memiliki pengalaman mengelola environment VMware production
- Berpengalaman dalam troubleshooting virtualisasi, server, storage, dan network infrastructure
- Memiliki sertivikasi VMWare Certified (VCP) dan setara (lebih diutamakan)
