Job Description
- Organized and maintained product displays across various fixtures, including shelves, tables, and gondolas.
- Developed and implemented POP materials, signage, and seasonal visual merchandising elements.
- Planned and executed campaign layouts, such as New Arrival and Best Seller sections.
- Ensured all displays adhered to brand guidelines while maximizing visual appeal to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
Requirements
- College degree or above, preferably in Advertising Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related fields
- 1+ year of experience in POSM management, visual merchandising, or marketing support
- Basic graphic design skills, proficient in AI, PS, or similar software
- Experience in factory or vendor coordination; knowledge of printing or production processes is a plus
- Strong communication, execution, and time management skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and with a good sense of aesthetics
