Job Description
- Deliver comprehensive learning materials in Visual Design and UI/UX Design.
- Mentor students on design projects and provide constructive feedback.
- Assess student assignments, projects, exams, and provide fair and objective evaluations and grades.
- Offer consultation sessions for additional student support.
- Collaborate with the academic team to update and improve the curriculum.
- Prepare learning modules, assignments, and final projects.
- Participate in academic and non-academic activities organized by the institution.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate design with other learning program aspects.
- Stay updated with industry developments and continuously improve skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
- Min 2-3 years of experience in the design industry, particularly in visual design or graphic design.
- Experience in teaching or providing training in design is a plus.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
- Deep understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback to students.
- Creativity and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Ability to work in a team and maintain a professional attitude.
- Willing to work full-time (Mon to Fri at 9AM-6PM)
