Job Description
- Assist the CEO in daily tasks, scheduling, and company operations.
- Manage and grow social media presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Spotify (Podcast).
- Working Closely with the Creative team creating compelling content (captions, posts, videos) that resonates with our audience.
- Work with spreadsheets, slides, words to help CEO in growing the business
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement creative content strategies.
- Handle highly confidential information related to business strategies and operations.
Requirements
- Willingness to grow with the company, We value a person who is willing to learn and grow with the company.
- Strong knowledge of Google Docs, Slides, Spreadsheets
- Experience with Short-Form Content: Scheduling, creating, and planning marketing ideas to grow the business
- Creative and Detailed Eye: As a virtual assistant, Attention to detail is fundamental
- Strong communication and writing skills
