Virtual Assistant Intern (Remote)
Reemotely is looking for a proactive and motivated Virtual Assistant Intern to support our clients across various industries. This internship is a great opportunity to gain global career exposure while working in a fully remote setup. You’ll assist with administrative tasks, communication, scheduling, and other operational needs, helping businesses run smoothly while developing your professional skills.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support.
- Manage calendars, emails, and documents.
- Assist with research, data entry, and reporting.
- Support communication between teams and clients.
- Learn and adapt to different tools and workflows.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and organized individual.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
Remote Work Readiness:
- Laptop/PC with minimum 4GB RAM.
- Stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps, verified via Ookla speed test).
- Working camera, microphone & earphones.
- Dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
