Job Description
- Provide administrative support for brand and campaign activities, including documentation, data entry, and coordination.
- Manage and maintain VSA content on Vidio Shorts, including content scheduling, monitoring, and ensuring timely implementation.
- Assist in monitoring brand deals and campaign performance, including tracking campaign progress and key performance data.
- Prepare, update, and maintain regular reports and recaps for brand deals and campaign activities.
- Support the VSA team in day-to-day operational tasks and follow up on action items as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and content activities.
- Assist in developing creative ideas for promotional content, campaigns, and marketing banners.
Requirements
- Strong interest in e-commerce, affiliate marketing, digital marketing, and content management.
- Creative and proactive, with the ability to generate ideas for campaigns, promotional content, and banners.
- Good analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to organize, interpret, and present data.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when managing content, campaign data, and reports.
- Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; experience with data reporting is a plus.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, affiliate marketing, content, or campaign-related projects is a plus.
