Job Description

  1. Daily Support, assist with general administrative tasks to keep workflows organized and efficient.
  2. Scheduling, help arrange and manage team schedules, ensuring clear communication of deadlines and meetings.
  3. Project Tracking, monitor project progress, keeping records and updating milestones to inform team members of current statuses.
  4. Team Coordination, act as a contact point for updates, coordinating information flow across team members.
  5. Documentation, assist in maintaining organized records for projects, meetings, and other resources.
  6. Cross-Team Communication, collaborate with different team functions, helping with information exchange and any additional operational needs.

Requirements

  1. Currently enrolled student or recent graduate in a related field such as Communications, Management, Film, Production, or Media.
  2. Creative and knowledgeable about the series industry, with the ability to analyze trends and competitor activities effectively.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  4. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accurate documentation and project status tracking.
  5. Effective verbal and written communication skills for cross-team coordination.
  6. Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Slides) and collaboration tools like Google Chat.
  7. Highly self-motivated and disciplined, with initiative to complete administrative, operational, and light analytical tasks independently.
