Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content (social media, campaigns, internal and client projects)
- Handle end-to-end video production: pre-production, production, and post-production
- Collaborate with internal team and client teams to develop concepts
- Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and quality standards
- Manage video equipment and maintain production quality
- Work efficiently and creatively to deliver high-quality short-form videos that meet client goals
- Understand client's needs and incorporate their feedback throughout the editing process
- Deliver the final product in the desired format and meet deadlines
- Stay updated with the latest video trends and editing techniques
Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or similar role
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro)
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
- Ability to operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
- Experience creating content for social media platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube)
- Detail-oriented with good time management skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Have own laptop
- Willing to work from office
- Able to join ASAP (around 1 week)
- Portfolio/showreel is a must
