Job Description
- Lead the execution of high-quality video editing for non-sports content (originals, movies, series, entertainment & lifestyle).
- Supervise end-to-end post-production processes, from raw footage to final output.
- Collaborate closely with producers, motion designers, and creative leads to align on project objectives.
- Ensure all video outputs meet brand guidelines, creative direction, and platform-specific standards.
- Review and provide feedback on edits from junior editors to maintain overall quality and consistency.
- Manage editing timelines and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
- Contribute to creative ideation and story structuring during the production phase.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling ability in non-sports content (e.g., drama, reality, lifestyle, music).
- Proven experience working with creative teams across pre- and post-production workflows.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and resources.
- Able to collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, content, and creative units.
- Familiarity with digital video trends and platform-specific formatting (YouTube, Instagram, Tiktok, & OTT).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, such as AI-powered editing tools.
