Job Description
CFACTORY is a dedicated company committed to producing innovative and high-quality digital content. We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our team and assist in the production of video podcasts, TVCs, and engaging social media content that is up-to-date with the latest editing trends.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and finalize videos for various platforms, including podcasts, TV commercials (TVCs), and social media content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand the vision and concept of video projects.
- Import, organize, and manage raw footage to be edited according to company standards.
- Use video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other relevant software.
- Add graphic elements, text, animations, and visual effects as needed.
- Arrange and balance audio, and add appropriate sound effects and music.
- Ensure all videos are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing trends and techniques to keep content fresh and innovative.
- Provide revisions and iterations of videos based on feedback from the creative team and clients.
- Manage and maintain the company’s video archives.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in video editing.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating skills in creating fun and engaging video content, including podcasts and Instagram content.
- Good understanding of composition techniques, visual storytelling, and sound editing.
- Ability to create simple but effective visual effects to enhance video content.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to produce engaging content.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team.
- Knowledge of and adherence to the latest trends in video editing and social media.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with animation and motion graphics.
- Experience working in an agency or media production environment.
- Knowledge of video formats and specifications for various social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
