Job Description
- Developing creative video concepts for social media, including short-form and long-form formats.
- Assisting in all stages of video production: pre-production (storyboarding, scripting), production (shooting, directing), and post-production (editing, basic motion graphics).
- Participating as on-camera talent when needed; being comfortable speaking or presenting on video is a strong plus.
- Writing, editing, and proofreading captions, scripts, and supporting content.
- Collaborating with the audience and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and brand tone.
- Managing content calendars and ensuring timely delivery and publication.
- Engaging with our online community by responding to comments and messages.
- Monitoring content performance and providing basic insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Students from any major are welcome to apply. Preferably in the last semester with no active classes, or currently working on a thesis.
- Students majoring in Journalism, English Literature, or Marketing Communications will be prioritized.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in video production (filming, editing, or being in front of the camera) is highly preferred.
- Has copywriting experience with a proven portfolio and a strong awareness of social media trends.
- Adaptable, highly motivated individuals eager to learn and explore content creation.
- Able to commit to a minimum 3-month full-time internship and work from the office.
