Job Description
- Develop and execute the company’s strategic plans and business objectives.
- Oversee all operational aspects of the barge and SPOB fleet to ensure efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients, vendors, and port authorities.
- Lead business expansion efforts both domestically and regionally.
- Manage and mentor senior management teams to drive high performance across all departments.
- Report directly to the Board of Directors and shareholders on the company’s financial and operational performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the shipping or marine transportation industry, particularly with barge and SPOB operations.
- At least 5 years in an executive or senior leadership role (e.g., GM, Director, VP).
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marine Engineering, Shipping Management, or Business Administration.
- Strong knowledge of local and international maritime regulations.
- Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale operations.
- Extensive industry network is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.
