- Manage vendor performance and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Report performance results to vendors.
- Deliver training to vendors (collection vendor).
- Visit vendors and collaborate with other departments to create audit plans and schedules.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is essential (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Proficient in data handling, report preparation, and public speaking.
- Strong logical thinking and communication skills.
- Willing to travel across Indonesia (up to 1 week).
- Experience in collections or related roles for more than 2 years.
- Quick learner, analytical thinker, adaptable, and self-motivated.
