Job Description
- Manage and maintain effective communication with vendors, providing insights and recommendations to enhance their performance
- Conduct training sessions for vendors to ensure understanding of processes and expectations
- Monitor and report vendor performance regularly, ensuring transparency and alignment with internal goals
- Conduct on-site vendor visits and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute audit plans and schedules
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major
- Communicate fluently in English is a must (fluency Mandarin will be an advantage)
- Experienced working in Financial Industry ecosystem
- Capable to operate Microsoft Office to handle data and making reports
- Have a clear logic and good communication skill
- Willing to travel across Indonesia (max. 4 weeks)
- Quick learner, smart thinker, flexible, and self-motivated
