
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and Analyze: VAS performance and penetration rates to identify trends & opportunities for improvement
- Coordination between product team and Insurance provider for IT Development and Integration
- Incentive and Motivation: Compute & validate monthly incentive schemes for internal teams and KA merchants, and calculate the incentive
- Reconciliation & Payment: Process monthly reconciliation and ensure timely & accurate payments to brokers
- Product Research & Development: Conduct research and manage end-to-end curation of new VAS products, including competitor research, cross-dept internal alignments, OJK report
- Ad Hoc Operations: Handle operational tasks such as processing refunds and claims as needed
Requirements
Requirement:
- Good communication skills, fluent in English, Mandarin would be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Familiarity with the fintech industry is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
- Committed to continuous learning and professional development
