Job Description
- Assist in planning, conducting, and analyzing user research (e.g., usability testing, surveys, interviews, and heuristic evaluations).
- Support data collection and synthesis, translating findings into actionable insights.
- Create research reports and presentations to communicate user needs and pain points to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with UX designers to integrate research findings into product development.
- Contribute to competitive analysis and benchmarking to understand industry trends and best practices.
- Organize and manage research documentation and insights repositories for easy access by the team.
Requirements
- Strong interest in user-centered design and UX research methodologies.
- Basic understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with research tools such as Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, or similar is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
