Job Description
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (business users, process owners, and management) to gather, validate, and clarify business requirements and operational workflows.
- Translate complex business processes into intuitive, efficient, and easy-to-use UI/UX designs for internal users.
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces tailored for internal enterprise applications.
- Ensure UI/UX designs support process efficiency, accuracy, and ease of adoption across different user roles and access levels.
- Align designs with corporate design standards, branding guidelines, and internal UX frameworks.
- Work closely with IT development teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and properly implemented.
- Support developers during development and UAT phases to ensure UI/UX consistency and functional alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experienced with Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiar with responsive design principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- A portfolio is a must.
- Willing to work on-site & full-time in Bintaro.
