Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-centric web and mobile experiences that are both visually appealing and highly functional. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, development, and product teams to deliver digital interfaces that delight users and drive results.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
🎨 UI/UX Design
- Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for websites, landing pages, and digital platforms.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Translate concepts into user-friendly, responsive design across multiple devices and screen sizes.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and asset libraries.
🔍 User Research & Testing
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to guide design decisions.
- Perform usability testing and analyze user behavior to improve the experience.
- Iterate designs based on insights and analytics to enhance usability and performance.
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Collaborate with the content, product, and marketing teams to align design with business goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, sprint planning, and project reviews.
Key Qualifications
- Min. 1 year of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile projects with a focus on user-centered design.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
- Experience with usability testing, user research, and A/B testing tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a bonus (not required, but helpful for collaboration with devs).
