Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and talented designer to join our dynamic UI/UX team. You will be able to contribute to the user experience and interface of our exciting products and services, working alongside fellow designers, product managers, developers, and the business team. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and gain valuable real-world experience in the dynamic UI/UX design field, specifically in a profit-oriented corporate setup.
- Actively participate in the end-to-end UI/UX product design process, starting from research, ideation, prototyping, and testing, to development.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.
- Develop user personas, user flows and wireframes to define the information architecture and functionality of our products.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using industry-standard design tools like Figma, Framer, Maze, and many more.
- Collaborate with cross-function stakeholders, ranging from designers, developers, product managers, and business team, to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and obtain feedback.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, including AI practices.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, information technology, psychology, or any related field.
- 1-2 years of product design experience with proven exposure in the practice of digital product development in real-world setup (not just personal exploration).
- Portfolio of projects demonstrating your skills and creativity in design and problem-solving processes in real-world contexts.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent visual design skills (UI) and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design and research tools such as Figma, Maze, Marvel, Framer, etc.
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
