Job Description

  1. Hands-on in the end-to-end product design process from empathizing towards user' problems, ideation, taking designs from early concepts to pixel-perfect final production, and prototypes.
  2. Collaborate with the Product Manager, Engineer, and other related stakeholders to define and implement innovative features for the product.
  3. Proactively seek/give feedback from other stakeholders to make sure concepts are meeting the intended project goal
  4. Effectively deliver features and improvements in a well-defined scope.
  5. Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and XP methodologies also proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Miro and Figma.

Requirements

  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in all major relevant experience in a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years experience.
  3. Previous experience designing SaaS product, proven by portofolio.
  4. Strong proficiency in product design with extensive and demonstrated expertise in visual hierarchy, layout, and information architecture.
  5. Strong analytical ability with proven strength in suggesting creative solutions and innovative ideas.
  6. Strong cross-communication, listening, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Demonstrate a nuanced understanding of design, research, software engineering, business processes and partner effectively with those teams.
  8. A team player that is collaborative, and proactive, and has good communication to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  9. Deep empathy and interest in keeping your customers' point of view in the forefront, constantly bringing questions back to what will serve them best.
  10. Demonstrate the ability to identify effective design patterns and proactively improve them. Good understanding of Design Process and usage of data.
  11. Excellent organizational and collaboration skills to manage a wide range of stakeholders.
  12. Strong expertise with design software such as Figma and Overflow.
