Job Description
• Manage daily cash balances and ensure adequate funding for operational needs.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing payments, including bank transfers and reconciliations.
• Process and maintain records for bank transactions and payment instructions.
• Support monthly and quarterly reporting for cash flow and treasury metrics.
• Liaise with banks and internal teams for account management and transaction follow-ups.
• Assist in the preparation of treasury reports and documentation for audits.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain updated records of banking information and authorized signatories.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience in a treasury, finance, or accounting role (1-2 years preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with banking systems, online payment platforms, etc.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
