Job Description
- Bersama dengan user menyusun Training Need Analysis setiap tahunnya
- Menyusun rancangan program pelatihan, catalog training, calendar of event, silabus, modul dan metode evaluasi pelatihan
- Melaksanakan proses pelatihan (end to end process) ; invitation, materi / modul, pembicara / trainer, fasilitas training, konsumsi, metode evaluasi pelatihan serta laporan pelaksanaan pelatihan
- Melakukan update (modul, metode evaluasi, dll) pada sistem e - learning
- Mempersiapkan seluruh proses administrasi keuangan pelatihan (baik pelatihan internal maupun eksternal)
- Melakukan rekapitulasi budget pelatihan
- Menyusun sistem dan dashboard trainer pool
Requirements
- Minimum pengalaman 2 tahun dan maksimal pengalaman 3 tahun di bidang training
- Pendidikan S1 Psikologi / Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia / Hukum
