Job Description
Training Development:
- Develop training programs and materials aligned with organizational needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with department leads and subject matter experts to identify training requirements, including curriculum development for ground operations workers.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees, utilizing various training methods to engage participants and enhance learning outcomes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
- Analyse training data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for updates or enhancements.
- Supervise and mentor junior trainers and training assistants, providing ongoing coaching to improve their skills and performance.
- Ensure training programs comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.
Performance Management:
- Design and implement a balanced scorecard system for ground operational workers across mid-mile and last-mile facilities.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics, ensuring a balanced distribution within the normal curve.
- Provide regular performance insights to department leads and recommend actionable improvements.
- Facilitate performance reviews and guide employees in understanding performance expectations and outcomes.
Program Development and Employee Engagement:
- Design and implement programs to improve employee engagement and retention for ground operational workers.
- Develop initiatives aimed at fostering employee loyalty and reducing turnover rates.
- Monitor the effectiveness of programs through feedback and data analysis to ensure high levels of program adoption and impact.
- Collaborate with HR and operational teams to align programs with overall business goals and workforce needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience in delivering training with minimum 3 years experience as Trainer, preferably in the Quick-commerce, Retail, Logistic or other relatedIndustry.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Passionate in Teaching and Developing man power.
- Attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive mindset.
- Having training Certifications will be an advantage.
