Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in training coordination, program development, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
  • Strong skills in Event Planning & Logistics and Time Management & Organization.
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with Onboarding process management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Record Keeping & Reporting.
  • Familiarity with Curriculum Design principles.
