- Develop training materials, manuals, presentations, and e-learning content
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and seminars
- Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports on outcomes and ROI
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Stay updated on HR training trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR training, learning & development, or talent development
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze training needs and measure program effectiveness
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning tools (preferred)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
