Job Description
- Attending all HQ training program (Online / Offline).
- Designing and administering the training needs of area through mitra and gateway needs and consultation with HQ.
- Effectively communicate with HQ training.
- Conducting training to all area employees : Training to all branch employees base on other department request / regular training.
- Maintaining records and providing participants with feedback : Do documentation of training, Collecting participants feedback after training finished.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree Education Technology / Business Management.
- Experience in Logistic (Preferable).
- Mastering Training Need Analysis (TNA), Training Evaluation and Service Excellent.
- Creative and Adaptable.
