
Job Description
- Monitor and coordinate the movement of trucks and transportation resources.
- Plan and schedule routes and deliveries to maximize operational efficiency.
- Allocate transportation resources based on operational needs.
- Monitor shipment status from ongoing origin to at-origin stages.
- Support truck upselling based on operational capacity.
- Address operational issues, delays, or deviations from the plan.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in traffic planning, logistics, or operations.
- Good understanding of administrative processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with vendors.
- Able to manage schedules and handle operational challenges.
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
