Job Description
Join our team and play a key role in shaping trade initiatives across Modern Trade Independent (MTI) channels throughout Indonesia!
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute trade marketing strategies for MTI channels.
- Ensure 100% distribution coverage for new product launches (NPDs).
- Plan, monitor, and evaluate program budgets to ensure efficient and effective investment.
- Conduct category mapping and develop tailor-made programs and visibility strategies per channel.
- Collaborate closely with the sales & marketing teams to create and socialize sales and promotional strategies.
- Analyze performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Prepare monthly reports and confidently present to large audiences.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master Degree in any field.
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably from FMCG industries.
- Preferably candidates who have hands-on experience in sales, especially in area/field.
- Strong knowledge in distribution channels, promotion planning, and trade execution.
- Skilled in Excel formulas and Microsoft PowerPoint – you’ll use these daily.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical thinking, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident using English in a professional setting.
- Willing to be based in Kembangan, West Jakarta.
