What You’ll Do:
As a Trade Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing initiatives to optimize brand performance in Modern Trade channels such as supermarkets, hypermarkets, drugstores, and beauty retailers. Your key responsibilities will include:
Modern Trade Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement trade marketing plans tailored to key accounts and retail partners.
Retail Activation & In-Store Execution
- Ensure product visibility, merchandising, and POSM execution in Modern Trade stores.
Promotions & Consumer Activation
- Plan and execute trade promotions, shopper engagement programs, and in-store activations to drive sell-out.
Category & Channel Management
- Work with Sales & Marketing teams to develop strategies for product assortment and positioning within Modern Trade.
Retailer & Key Account Collaboration
- Build strong partnerships with Modern Trade retailers to negotiate promotional support and improve brand presence.
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor sales trends, competitor activities, and shopper insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Budget & Performance Tracking
- Manage trade marketing budgets and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives using sales data and ROI analysis.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Activation, or Shopper Marketing
🔹 Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
🔹 Experience handling Modern Trade is a plus
🔹 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Creative thinker with a passion for consumer insights and market trends
🔹 FMCG experience preferred
