Job Description
- Ensure optimal performance of chemical, laminating, and auto-cutting machines
- Perform troubleshooting and handle machine breakdown issues
- Adjust machine parameters to maintain production efficiency
- Support and execute preventive maintenance activities
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operations
- Contribute to TPM initiatives and continuous improvement programs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or related field)
- Experience in machine maintenance or manufacturing environment
- Experience in footwear manufacturing industry is preferred
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good understanding of machine safety and risk control
- Able to handle breakdown situations and work under pressure
- Good communication skills with production teams
- Disciplined in executing preventive maintenance
- High awareness of safety and compliance
