Job Description
- Daily task updates – monitoring workload for each specific title
- Act as a liaison between the title marketing and creative team such as; reminding the creative team to submit briefs for content creation or for social media content, uploading content briefs to Basecamp, and sharing preview materials from Google Space Creative Studio to the Creative Team
- As a communication bridge between title marketing and production houses such as; preview materials and seek for approval of content created by the creative team to the PIC of production houses
Requirements
- Stay informed and up-to-date with the latest discussions on social media related to the ongoing series
- Very neat in organizing files
- Able to work according to deadlines and stay on the deadlines
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with the marketing team and other stakeholders
- Possess excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to use critical thinking to assess situations and create practical solutions
- Highly initiative
- Detail-oriented
