Job Description
- Support to Title Marketing team for upcoming back to back title release.
- Assist Title Marketing team in coordination with content team and PH (production house) for marketing activities.
- Request marketing materials from content team and PH.
- Process marketing materials to creative team and supervise the production (quality control).
- Deliver internal & external posting.
- Assist market research to better strategize content marketing strategy.
- Work with social media team to book and schedule slot for owned and external media channels.
- Assist the execution of marketing events, eg: press conference, gala premiere, watch party, meet & greet, livestream, digital shorts production, photoshoot, etc.
- Collect data and proof of posting for reporting.
- Manage and track merchandise inventory, deliver to social media quiz winners, partners, communities, etc.
Requirements
- Stay informed and up-to-date with the latest discussions on social media related to the ongoing series
- Able to work according to deadlines and stay on the deadlines
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with the marketing team and other stakeholders
- Possess excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to use critical thinking to assess situations and create practical solutions
- Highly initiative
- Detail-oriented
- Preferred fresh graduate or final year student
