Job Description
- Develop TikTok content strategy aligned with trends and business goals (especially GMV growth).
- Plan and manage content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting.
- Handle end-to-end content production (concepting, shooting, editing, publishing).
- Monitor and analyze performance (GMV, views, engagement, traffic sources) and optimize content.
- Create monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations for performance improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years experience as TikTok Content Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of TikTok ecosystem: algorithm, trends, and shoppable content (TikTok Shop).
- Proven experience in creating short-form video content (from ideation to execution).
- Creative thinker with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with content tools & AI tools (CapCut, TikTok tools, AI for ideation/editing) is a plus.
