Job Description

  • Manage and optimize all aspects of TikTok Shop operations through TikTok Seller Center and TikTok Business Center.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize GMV Max campaigns to drive sales growth and maximize store performance.
  • Monitor and improve store performance, product performance, and overall shop health on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Analyze key performance metrics such as GMV, CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, and AOV, and implement data-driven improvement strategies.
  • Develop and execute content strategies that align with TikTok trends, platform algorithms, and conversion objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and creators to ensure content and campaigns are optimized for sales performance.
  • Manage and optimize affiliate and KOL programs to drive high-converting traffic and revenue.
  • Continuously identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to scale store performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience managing TikTok Shop and/or TikTok e-commerce operations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with TikTok Seller Center, TikTok Business Center, and GMV Max.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Solid understanding of TikTok trends, content strategies, and platform algorithms.
  • Proven experience in developing hard-selling and soft-selling content that drives conversions.
  • Experience managing KOLs, affiliates, or creator partnerships with measurable sales results.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated to grow store performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
