Job Description
- Daily TikTok posts (carousel, short-form video, long-form video).
- Weekly content performance reports with actionable insights.
- Monthly follower and engagement growth targets.
- Regular collaborations with at least 2-3 KOLs per month, along with documented impact reports.
- Monthly content calendar submission with planned themes, trends, and campaign focus.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a TikTok Content Creator or Social Media Specialist with a portfolio showcasing successful content.
- Deep understanding of TikTok's algorithm, trends, and user behavior.
- Strong video editing skills and familiarity with TikTok’s in-app editing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with KOLs and the TikTok community.
- Ability to analyze metrics and translate them into strategic improvements.
- Creative, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
