Job Description
- Manage administrative needs for TikTok Go Creator Tour projects.
- Handle recap reports and monitor TikTok video performance from creators during the tour.
- Coordinate with the operational team regarding tour budgeting and related expenses.
- Create project timelines and develop SOPs to ensure smooth MCN workflows from preparation to completion.
- Create and manage various creator-related forms such as registration forms, content upload forms, feedback forms, and other administrative documents.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Have experience in administration, project coordination, event management, or operational workflows is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Familiar with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Forms) and basic reporting or recap processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with an interest in social media, TikTok trends, and the creator industry.
