Job Description
- Responsible for managing and developing the TikTok Affiliate Program, including the Affiliate Community Program.
- Manage the end-to-end process, from scouting, recruiting, and maintaining relationships with current and potential affiliate partners.
- Build a strong affiliate community through attractive program and campaigns.
- Develop and execute promotional schemes, including pricing & reward to support monthly campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate and community performance, Ensuring the growth of TikTok affiliates for each brand
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or final year students from any major are welcome.
- Experienced in Digital Marketing field is a plus.
- Social media savvy and up to date with Tiktok trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, time management, and analytical skills.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment.
