• Organize skill and knowledge enhancement programs for clinic therapists to maintain compliance with company standards.
• Deliver basic training and refresher courses using effective methods to ensure clear and impactful learning experiences.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business and operational goals.
• Ensure clinic therapists meet company standards in patient service to achieve operational excellence.
• Prepare evaluation reports on training results and identify challenges faced during implementation.
