Job Description

  • Participants will be given the opportunity to rotate work in several different units including digital and data related units.
  • Participants will be trained to quickly adapt to the work environment and improve their ability to plan, collaborate and process existing resources in the company to achieve individual/group goals or targets.
  • In each rotation, participants will contribute to a real and critical project at the Bank.
  • To support the development of participants at this stage, each TCB will be assigned a Buddy and Mentor. Use this opportunity to build a professional network

Requirements

  • Possess Bachelor or Master Degree with GPA min 3.25 out of 4.00 or equivalent
  • Outstanding achievement in academic & non-academic activities that demonstrate the following qualities:
  • Leadership potential
  • Strong desire to learn and succeed
  • Creative and innovative
  • Ability to Think without the Box
  • High energy, enthusiasm and drive
  • Highly proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English both written and verbal
  • Willing to be placed in all CIMB Niaga location throughout Indonesia
