
Job Description
- Establish and maintain effective communication with tenants to professionally address their needs, concerns, and inquires
- Provide tenants with information regarding building facilities, events, etc
- Collect feedback and suggestions from all tenants for continuous improvements and relay this information to the management team
- Offer tenants information regarding their rights and responsibilities
- Act as a mediator in tenant disputes or issues, working towards the best resolutions
- Timely and responsive communication in handling work-related emails and chat inquiries
- Prepare daily or monthly report
Requirements
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- At least 1 Year of working experience in Tenant Relation/Customer Service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with tenants, management, and vendors
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address tenant concerns and disputes
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good English communication skills
- Placement at Alam Sutera, South Tangerang
